Reuben and Melissa Mendoza started R&M Consulting because they found that it is important to provide businesses not only with the necessary tools but also the training and support to back it up. Reuben's experience in data management and training paired with Melissa's design, tech support and project management skills make them a dynamic team. Reuben and Melissa also have extensive experience in Customer Service and know how to take care of our clients. We have at our disposal a team of experienced programmers, website designers, public relations and production staff.

Reuben Mendoza
Owner, Database Designer

Reuben Mendoza has worked in the Technology field for over 10 years, serving both the nonprofit and private sector. He worked as a Senior Information Systems Analyst at Child Action, a Child Care Research and Referral Agency, where he supported 30 staff in software and database solutions. While working at Child Action, Reuben was also technical support for a state wide referral database system and other programs for the state of California. He has trained staff throughout the United States on various software programs and was a member of the California Child Care Resource and Referral Data Collection committee. Throughout his career he has designed many innovative training and database solutions.

Melissa Mendoza has worked in the Web Design Industry for over 8 years, as both a Project Manager and Web Master. Melissa began working at a Sacramento based website design company for several years, then went on to work for an advertising agency as Project Manager/ Marketing Coordinator. She feels that a website is an integral part of a company's entire marketing plan, combined seamlessly can boost a company's overall success.

As a Web Master for a large real estate brokerage, Melissa maintained several large companies websites, as well as supported the company's email system and Intranet. Before entering the Web Industry, Melissa spent several years as a Manager for Starbucks Coffee Company. This fueled her love for coffee and working with great people and customers.

Jason Rigler
Sales Manager

Jason Rigler is the newest member of the team at R&M Consulting and Design. He has been working in sales for over 10 years and brings years of experience and professionalism to the team. Jason worked at Valley Media for several years as an Account Manager where he maintained and developed existing and new customers through Valley Media’s sales and marketing plans. He has also worked as a Background Verification Specialist and Registration Coordinator for a Vehicle Registration Service.

His eclectic background and excellent people skills make him a great match for R&M Consulting and Design.
